WARRANTY POLICY

When your baby is sleeping, so are you!!! 

MamaLittleHelper Infant, Baby & Toddler Hammock comes with 1 year warranty.

We have record of your purchase, you will have to email us your name, address, purchase date & place of purchase if there is any issue with your hammock within 1 year of the time of purchase.

Computerized Baby Hammock comes with 1 year warranty.

Self Rocking Automatic Hammock comes with 6 months warranty.

Infant Carrier Rocker comes with 1 year warranty.

Steps:

1. Contact us via email: warranty@mamalittlehelper.com
2. We shall discuss with you regarding your issue with your system.  We will direct you with on what needs to be done if it is possible for you to fix it yourself.
3. If it is still not working, we shall instruct you to send the equipment to us.
4. We will either fix the system or send a new system to you.
5. We will make sure that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase.

Warranty is VOID if:

• Security sticker tampered
• Failure to present the proof of purchase
