WARRANTY POLICY

When your baby is sleeping, so are you!!! 

MamaLittleHelper Infant, Baby & Toddler Hammock comes with 1 year warranty.

We have record of your purchase, you will have to email us your name, address, purchase date & place of purchase if there is any issue with your hammock within 1 year of the time of purchase.

Computerized Baby Hammock comes with 1 year warranty.

Steps:

1. Fill out the warranty card that comes with the computerized system.
2. Send it to us on the address status.

File a problem:

1. Contact us via email: warranty@mamalittlehelper.com
2. Send the equipment to us.
3. We will either fix the system or send a new system to you.
4. We will make sure that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase.
