RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

When your baby is sleeping, so are you!!! 

We do not accept returns at this time.  We hope our buyers understand that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Once a hammock is used, we cannot resell them as most of the time, there could be minor accidents, such as spitting up and occasional diaper leak.  This includes the cloth diapers, once the diapers is washed, it is considered used.

We will try to answer as many questions as possible and encourage you to check our information before you purchase your hammock or your cloth diapers.  Thank you very much for your interest.

We do offer exchange if you have received a defective product.  Please email us at customerservice@mamalittlehelper.com if you have received a defective product.
