The recommended weight for each baby hammock is
different, the recommended weight is located in each
product information. Even though there is a
recommended weight for each hammock, if your baby
knows how to turn over, please make sure that there
is an adult supervision.

If your baby
does not know how to turn over, it will be fine.
If you are worried, please make sure that you are
around your baby when he/ she is in the hammock.
Also, please use a pillow beneath the hammock if you
feel safer.

So far, there is no SIDS
reported in baby hammocks reported. Typically,
the shape of the hammock/ cradle forces the baby to
lie on their back and thus preventing SIDS.
Also, for babies who knows how to turn or toddlers
can use the baby cradles with the Sarong netting
which has small holes allow plenty of ventilation.
Lastly, the safety string that is provided can hold
up more than 30lbs and therefore makes the hanging
of the baby hammock really safe.

Some hammock comes with additional fitted sheets,
some do not. We do sell them as accessories
but if not, we recommend you to use a receiving
blanket which works just as good.

We recommended babies to be in the baby hammock till
8 months but if you feel comfortable, your baby can
sleep in it till he/ she is 2-3 years old.
Babies especially in South East Asia sleep in baby
cradle/ hammock till they are at least 3 years old
for their nap time. Though, we strongly advise
adult supervision once your baby starts to turn
over.

The baby hammocks/ cradles can be used day or night.
The computerized cradle has the capability to
automatically rock your baby up to 45 hours straight
with the timer. We all understand that we will
do whatever it takes to make sure that our baby
sleeps and there is absolutely no reason why the
baby hammock and cradle cannot be used at night.

The baby hammock especially the baby cradle with the
sarong netting actually helps prevent flat head as
it moulds the shape of the baby. The reason is
because the hammock is created in such a way to
follow baby's shape and thus do not prevent flat
head.

Different people have different needs, the same as
babies. Some babies like to be gently rock all
the time. Some do not like being rocked.
Some prefers to be in soft mattress inside the
hammock and some prefers to sleep in the sarong
netting because there are holes and allow breeze air
to flow in. Each of the hammocks that we carry

where you are. We ship from Texas, we choose
Texas as the distribution center because it is
located centrally. For an exact shipping cost,

where you are. We ship from Texas and it takes
anywhere from 2 business days to 7 business days to
get to you for domestic shipments. For
international shipments, it could take anytime from
10 to 25 business days.

payment is received and confirmed before 8am CST,
shipment will be sent out the same day. If
shipment is received after 8am CST, shipment will be
sent out the next business day.

Yes, local pickups are more than welcome. If
you do local pickup, we will not charge any shipping
and handling cost. You can contact us via email at
shipping@mamalittlehelper.com to arrange pick up
from us. Note that if we have to meet you
somewhere, we will then have to charge for handling
and we will be able to provide you with the quote on
how much that is going to be.

definitely do combined shipments. We will
provide the most feasible shipping method available.
Note that if shipping via 2 shipments is more
feasible than shipping together, we will ship via 2
shipments.

products via UPS, FedEx, USPS. If you
require sea shipment, we will check with an agent to
provide you with a quotation. We typically
ship via ground because that is the most feasible
shipping method for baby hammocks due to its size
and weight for US Buyers. For International
buyers, we ship via USPS Priority m. For the
cloth diapers, we use USPS First class or Priority.
